On human resource development to establishing human rights and gender equity in the family and in the society, so it always gives importance on family development treating ‘family’ as the primary unit for building ‘People’ capacity building through human resource development socio- economic development and establishment of basic human rights for the poor, extreme poor and ethnic communities. |

| Objective of HDP: |
| |
- To raise socio-cultural status of the rural poor through developing values and norms, creating social awareness, workshop, seminars, training and legal assistance.
- To raise the economic status of the rural poor through providing skill training.
- To integrate education and rehabilitation of the visually handicapped children and adolescents.
- To provide youth formation, education and leadership for the needy youths.
- To provide rehabilitation services to the aged people.
- To provide literacy through Non-formal primary education to children and adults.
- To develop health and nutrition status of the poor women and children through awareness building on homestead vegetable gardening and plantation farm etc.
- “STOP AIDS to Keep Own Commitment” awareness and motivation to youths
- To ensure better housing facilities for the shelter less and for the poor
- To establish eco-village sustainable development and environment friendly agriculture development in rural areas.
- To ensure environment balance through social forestry and bio diversity
- To provide emergency relief and rehabilitation supports as and when needed.
