Background and Establishment:
Human Development Program (HDP) is a non-Government Development Organization working with people in rural and urban areas of Bangladesh. It came into existence in 4th January 1982 in response to the perceived need of the locality by the initiative a team of social workers with a view to alleviate poverty and enhancement of security and dignity of target people through capacity building and empowerment. |

Father Tonino Memorial Hospital:
The overall health scenario of Bhaluka Upazila under Mymensingh district is dismal. The poor and the ethnic minorities have diminutive access to the existing medical and health care facilities. In parallel with this people are unable to bear expenses related to treatment. Therefore and in practical inhabitants are experienced with various types of diseases. To resolve these inhuman issues, HDP established “Father Tonino Memorial Hospital (FTMH)” at Bhaluka during 2nd January 2004 at HDP own premise.
Aim: To extend health facilities to ensure health services for the poor community people |

Need Based Vocational Training For Poor Youth:
To build up awareness motivation on sustainable Development and skilled workforce among the unemployed poor youth under Sakhipur Upazila and to create job opportunities for young boy & girls the poor community people living at Sakhipur Upazila under Tangail district. HDP established “Need Based Vocational Training for Poor Youtht" at Sakhipur during 1st August 2004 with support of MMC, Australia.
Aim: To provide vocational skills training to the unemployed poor youths boys & girls for job opportunities

Don Bosco Students’ Home Trust:
There are very few colleges in rural area. Most of College Universities & Education Institutions are situated in Dhaka capital city. Every year needy students come from rural and remote area to Dhaka city for their higher education. But lower income of their parents, they can’t afford study and living expenses. For this reason, Don Bosco Students’ Home organized to support some needy students to continue their higher education, formation and skill training. It established in Dhaka, in 8th September 1992 founded by Robert Simon Gomes. It is running by the Board of Trustees and financial support and technical by HDP
Aim: To develop the carrier of the needy youth for their future self-reliance
