| Activities of HDP: |

Presently HDP has been implementing its development interventions through consciousness rising with a special focus on development of values and norms of the people as a whole. This is because HDP believes that at present in our society values and norms are crucial for any changes since these are the basic things that make people perceive and see things the way they are and help them realize the way they should be. Along with social awareness raising activities, HDP has been also carrying out the skill development projects for the economic development of the people and to enhance their living standard.
The overall project activities include Formation of Groups of both Female and Male, Health Service, Leadership and Management Training, Groups Management and Skill development training, Adult Literacy Program and Support for Income Generating Activities (IGA), Non-Formal Children Education, Training on Health and Nutrition, Awareness Building Program Children’s Rights. Formulation of the Women’s Empowerment through Training, Micro-Credit Support and IGA Program are also undertaken as per demand of the local people. |
